Shipping

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@nefitnessequipment.com.

Average shipping times are between 3-10 business days on all orders placed by 5pm CST on a normal business day. All orders placed after hours, or on a holiday or weekends, will be processed the following business day.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@nefitnessequipment.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. We will immediately ship you a new item and have the damaged item returned. If we replace the item and the damaged item is never returned, up to 30 days from when claim is filed, a second charge in the amount of the initial purchase price will be processed for the second item. If an item is unable to be replaced, an immediate refund will be processed and you will be contacted. If we refund the item and the damaged item is never returned, up to 30 days from when claim is filed, a charge in the amount of the initial purchase price plus applicable tax will be processed for item.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $75 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order. All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchase date and must be in new condition and in the original packaging, no matter the reason for returning. Again, you (the buyer) are responsible for paying for return shipping. After the item has been opened and assembled it is no longer eligible for return. Any and all returns sent back that are not in the original packaging will not be accepted or refunded. If at any point an item is returned and is not accepted, it will be up to the buyer to pay to have it shipped back to themselves. Make sure you speak with someone before returning to avoid this scenario happening.

30 Day Guarantee refers to the 30 days customers have to refund/return their product in new condition and in the original packaging, return shipping is at your (the buyer) expense. Once items have been assembled they are no longer eligible for refund/return. 

All On Sale Now! items are closeout deals and are not available for return.
